Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- butter - 250 g
- flour - 400-450 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 p
- sugar - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with softened butter and vanilla sugar with a fork.
2. Add flour and baking powder. Knead a dough that does not stick to your hands. Put the dough in a bag and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface.
4. Cut out shapes from the dough and dip each piece in sugar (on one side only).
5. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
