  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • any berries - 100 g
  • sugar - 150 g
  • semolina - 100 g
  • raisins - 100 g
  • sour cream - 200 g
  • butter - 30 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the eggs, sugar and semolina, raisins, and leave for 10 minutes to swell the semolina.
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter, put the dough in, sprinkle with washed berries, and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
  3. After 20 minutes, take the casserole out, brush it with sour cream, and put it back in the oven.
