Cottage cheese casserole in a new way: what to add for a better taste
A classic cottage cheese casserole can be made much more delicious. To do this, add a banana brownie inside. The dessert will be sweet enough and have a delicate texture.

Ingredients for brownies:
- ripe banana – 2 pcs
- semolina – 45 g
- sugar – 50 g
- cocoa – 25 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- baking powder – 1 tsp
Ingredients for the curd mass:
- cottage cheese – 400 g
- semolina – 30 g
- sugar – 70 g
- milk – 50 ml
- egg – 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. For brownies, blend all ingredients together in a blender.
2. For the cottage cheese mass, beat with a blender together with milk, then add semolina with sugar and 2 eggs.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the chocolate batter.
5. Pour the curd mixture unevenly.
6. Use the spatula to make patterns.
7. Bake at 160 degrees for 50 minutes.
8. At the end, brush with butter to make it shiny.
