Ingredients for the cheese layer
- cottage cheese - 200 gr
- 33% cream - 200 gr
- sugar - 100 gr
- milk - 50 ml
- gelatin - 15 g
Ingredients for the transparent layer
- water - 1 glass
- gelatin - 15 g
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp
- vanillin
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- lavender
The way of preparation
1. First, prepare a transparent layer. Heat the water to room temperature. Add gelatin and mix until dissolved.
2. Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Add lavender, mix and pour into a silicone mold.
4. Put it in the refrigerator until it is completely hardened.
5. Prepare the cheese layer. Mix cream cheese and sugar in a blender bowl until smooth.
6. Add gelatin and milk and leave for 10-15 minutes.
7. Stirring constantly, heat over low heat until the gelatin dissolves.
8. Combine the curd mass with the gelatin and leave to cool.
9. Beat with a mixer at high speed.
10. Pour into a mold with a transparent layer and refrigerate until it hardens.
11. Before serving, remove the jelly from the mold.
