Ingredients:
- corn grits - 5-6 tbsp.
- water (it should be 2 times more than cereal)
- mozzarella cheese (hard) - 100 g
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1-2 tbsp.
- butter - 30 g

Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over the groats. Put on the fire and cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat until the cereal absorbs water and becomes homogeneous. Stir the porridge all the time.
2. Grate mozzarella cheese and mix it with grated Parmesan cheese. Stir and add the cheeses to the still-hot corn porridge.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking dish with soft butter.
4. Put the polenta evenly in the mold. Brush the top with butter.
