The season of delicious and healthy corn has already arrived in Ukraine. The most important thing is that there are many easy ways to cook it well, and it is also worth noting that it makes excellent winter preparations.

The FoodOboz editorial team shares a delicious recipe for a perfect dinner – baked corn in foil with herbs and butter.

How to cook corn deliciously

Ingredients:

  • corn – 5 pcs
  • butter – 50-80 g
  • salt – 1-1.5 tsp
  • ground red pepper – 1/4 tsp
  • Italian herbs – 1 tsp
  • any greens – 1 bunch

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the corn from the leaves and plant hair.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine salt, pepper, Italian herbs and chopped herbs.
  3. Put the corn in foil, each in a portion.
  4. Brush generously with butter and sprinkle with the salt and spice mixture, wrapping the foil so that there are no gaps.
  5. Put the cooked corn on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-190 C.

It is best to eat the dish hot, of course, so that its flavor will be fully revealed.
