Cool strawberry banana sorbet instead of ice cream: how to make
Sorbet is a frozen dessert often made with juices and syrups. But in summer, it's a great idea to use fruit. Strawberries and bananas go well together.
The idea of strawberry-banana sorbet was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ivanna with the nickname ivanka family. It contains no preservatives, so it is much better than store-bought ice cream.
Ingredients:
- frozen strawberries - 1 kg
- frozen banana - 1 pc.
- honey or sugar - 2 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 pc.
- yogurt - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender bowl.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Put into bowls.
4. For a thicker consistency, you can put the dessert in the freezer to harden it.
5. Eat dessert with a spoon, just like ice cream.
