Coffee ice cream will be a summer hit: step-by-step recipe

Sue Moran, the creator of The View From culinary blog in response to Great Island, has come up with one of the best and perhaps the strangest ice cream recipes, with Kedske coffee as its main ingredient.

The culinary expert shared a step-by-step recipe for ice cream for adults and assured that everyone can make a refreshing treat very easily at home. The recipe was published on the Metro website.

To make exotic ice cream, you need only three ingredients: coffee, cream and sugar.

Sue advises to cook it the way you would make coffee. The amount you need will vary depending on the size of the mold you have, so you may need to experiment before you get the right result.

According to Sue, in order to make caffeine-based ice cream, you will need to:

• mix about 1/4 cup of cold coffee with cream and sugar to your liking.
• add a little sweetened cream.
• Mix everything until it is completely dissolved.
• then you need to pour a little cream into each of the molds and send them to the freezer for an hour.
• Then carefully pour the cooled coffee mixture into each mold, filling it to the top. Cover the top with foil and insert the sticks.
• Freeze until it hardens. After that, you can safely eat the ice cream.
