If you want to surprise your guests, or just make your family happy, cook cod in sauce. Interestingly, the fish is cooked extremely quickly and easily, and it turns out like in a restaurant.

Ingredients:

  • Cod
  • Coconut milk
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Sea salt
  • Lime juice
  • Seasonings for fish

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the fish and separate the fillet. cut it into portions.

2. Salt and sprinkle with seasoning. Fry on both sides.

3. Cut the garlic into slices. Put to fry.

4. Dice the tomatoes.

5. Pour coconut milk, add tomatoes, salt and seasonings. Cook until thickened.

6. Drizzle with lime juice.

7. Serve the cooked fish in the sauce.
