Coconut dessert without dough and baking: it is easy to prepare
Desserts without dough or baking can be made from cookies, pita bread, corn sticks, jelly, and bird's milk. Coconut flakes can also be an excellent base for desserts.

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 4 tbsp. sugar (less or more)
- 80 g of coconut flakes
- 300 g of biscuits
Method of preparation:
1. Cream: add sugar and flour to the egg, mix well and pour in milk. Put on medium heat and brew the cream with constant stirring until it is desolate. Remove from heat and add coconut flakes, mix well.

2. Dip the biscuits in milk for a second and place them on the bottom of the mold. Spread the cream over all the cookies and put another layer of cookies. You get three layers, the last one is cream.

3. Let the dessert cool and set.
