Cloud scrambled eggs: how to cook a delicious and interesting dish for breakfast
If you're tired of the usual breakfast eggs, you can make them in a new way in the form of an airy "cloud". It turns out to be very fluffy, tender, and melts in your mouth, and it's also quite satisfying because the yolk remains intact and can be eaten with bread.
One of the culinary blogs (yulia_delicious_recipes) on Instagram published a recipe for airy and fluffy scrambled eggs "Cloud' with cheese.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs
- hard cheese - 50 g
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks in the eggs (the yolks should be whole and separate from each other). Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat with a mixer into a fluffy foam.
2. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Spoon the whites in the form of air slides.
3. Make a depression in each slide and put the yolk inside.
4. Grate the hard cheese and sprinkle over each slide.
5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
