Classic honey cake with sour cream: how to make your favorite dessert
People have learned to make the legendary honey cake in different ways: in the backyard, without rolling out the cakes, and with various creams. But it's hard to disagree that the classic recipe based on delicate honey cakes and sour cream is still the most delicious. And every housewife should make this dessert at least once in her life.

Ingredients:
- flour - 3.5 cups
- eggs - 4 pcs
- honey - 3-4 tbsp
- butter - 100 g
- sugar - 1.5 cups
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cream:
- sour cream - 900 g
- sugar
- vanilla sugar
- vanilla
Method of preparation:
1. Preparation of cakes. First, beat the eggs with sugar.
2. Add butter and honey. Stir and put in a water bath. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Then add baking soda, baking powder, and 0.5 cups of flour. Stir and heat in a water bath for another 5 minutes. The mass should foam a little.
4. Remove from the water bath, cool slightly and gradually add the flour. Knead the dough.
5. Divide the dough into balls, each of which roll out thinly.
6. Put the dough on the parchment, and cut out a circle of the desired diameter. Make punctures with a fork.
7. Bake for 4 minutes at 200 degrees. The result is about 10-12 cakes.
8. Preparation of the cream. Beat the necessary ingredients until smooth.
9. Spread the cake, decorate as desired, and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
