Ingredients:
- Minced beef - 150-200 g
- Ketchup - 70 g
- Canned beans - 100 g
- Dark chocolate - 15-20 g
- Chili pepper - 5 g
- Oil for the dressing
- Greens and tomatoes
- Pita/tomatoes.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil until tender. Add salt and pepper.
2. Add the pre-soaked beans and ketchup. Bring to a boil.
3. Chop the chili pepper and grate the chocolate. Add to the dish and cook until the chocolate is melted.
4. Put on a plate, and garnish with herbs and tomatoes. Serve with pita or toast.
