Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 300-350 g
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour
  • salt, pepper

For the filling:

  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • dried apricots - 3-4 pcs.
  • tomato - 1/2 pc.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. First, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese, chop the herbs, dice the dried apricots and tomatoes.

3. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Form it into small flat circles.

4. Beat an egg and roll each round in it, then fry on both sides.

5. Put the filling on one part of the pancake and wrap it in a roll.

  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • spices, salt, pepper

  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • milk - 50 ml
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Onion and garlic grind with a blender. Combine with the minced meat.

2. Grate the hard cheese. Add it together with the melted cheese and spices to the minced meat. Mix well.

3. To make pancakes, beat eggs with milk and spices. Fry the pancakes on one side.
