  • blueberries - 200 g
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp
  • cream cheese - 400 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • powdered sugar - 80 g
  • sour cream - 100 g

How to prepare the base

1. Crush the biscuits into crumbs.

2. Add melted butter and mix with your hands.

3. Put into the mold, forming sides, and then put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

1. Add eggs to cream cheese one at a time and mix.

2. Add powdered sugar, sour cream and starch. Mix well.

3. Mix blueberries with starch and pour them onto the base.

4. Pour in the cheese filling and bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

5. The center of the cheesecake should jiggle slightly.

6. Garnish with blueberries.

7. Cool completely and then remove from the mold.

8. Put it in the fridge overnight.
