Cinnabons

The history of the world-famous Cinnabon brand

In 1985, a family from Seattle, more specifically, father and son Komeny, decided to come up with a unique recipe for a bun that would become the best in the world. After hundreds of trials, the recipe was eventually found, and they began baking muffins in the form of small rolls flavored with cinnamon and cheese filling.

It is worth noting that today in more than 50 countries there are confectioneries, bakeries, and cafes baking buns of the world-famous Cinnabon brand.

In addition to classic buns, this brand also produces confectionery with caramel and chocolate filling, puff pastry, and very small cupcakes.

It is important that in such establishments you can not only enjoy delicious pastries, but also drink special drinks made for cinnabons.

Secrets of success of Cinnabon buns:

  • Proven cooking technology: a roll of five turns is cut into equal pieces and baked in strict compliance with the time and temperature regime.
  • Flour with a high gluten content.
  • A special type of Indonesian cinnamon grown specifically for buns.
  • Cheese sauce, which gives the baked goods an extra flavor.
  • The buns are baked in the presence of visitors and served hot.
