Chops that always turn out juicy: what to add to the dish

Chicken chops are very tasty. But despite this, they can easily dry out if you overcook them in a frying pan. That's why it's worth adding a pillow of mushrooms and onions on top, which will add juiciness.

The idea of cooking juicy chicken chops with fillets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nadia Oranska (nadia.oranska).

Ingredients:

  • 400 g chicken fillet
  • 120 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml of cream 15-20%
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • 100 g of cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions, salt, and pepper to taste, pour in the cream and bring to a thickening.

2. Cut the chicken fillet into slices no more than 1 cm wide. Pound on both sides, season with salt and pepper, rubbing in the spices with your hands.

3. Then roll each piece in flour, then in egg, and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

4. After that, put the chops in a baking dish, spread the mushrooms on top, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
