Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 300 g
- zucchini – 200 g
- semolina – 4 tbsp
- dill – 10 g
- sour cream – 100 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
2. Zucchini grate on a medium grater and squeeze out the excess juice.
3. In a bowl, combine the chicken, zucchini, eggs, semolina, dill, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
4. Form the patties.
5. Fry the cutlets.
