Pancakes are truly a breakfast dish because they cook very quickly – just 10 minutes – and are airy, light, and tasty. You can add fresh berries, jam, syrups, and condensed milk to them.

Ingredients:

  • kefir – 250 ml
  • flour – 120 g
  • cocoa powder – 40 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • sugar – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1/3 tsp
  • soda – 0.5 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs well with oil, kefir, and salt.
  2. Sift the flour twice to saturate it with oxygen.
  3. Also sift the cocoa through a sieve, and baking soda, pour everything into the flour, and mix.
  4. Add the egg and kefir, mix thoroughly, and add the sugar. Stir until it is completely dissolved.
  5. Heat a frying pan, do not pour oil in any case, put the pancakes one by one with a spoon, and fry well.

The dish is best served hot with sauces and condensed milk.
