Chocolate pancakes on kefir for a delicious breakfast
Pancakes are truly a breakfast dish because they cook very quickly – just 10 minutes – and are airy, light, and tasty. You can add fresh berries, jam, syrups, and condensed milk to them.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for fluffy chocolate pancakes that will be a very satisfying and delicious breakfast.
Ingredients:
- kefir – 250 ml
- flour – 120 g
- cocoa powder – 40 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- sugar – 2 tbsp
- salt – 1/3 tsp
- soda – 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Beat the eggs well with oil, kefir, and salt.
- Sift the flour twice to saturate it with oxygen.
- Also sift the cocoa through a sieve, and baking soda, pour everything into the flour, and mix.
- Add the egg and kefir, mix thoroughly, and add the sugar. Stir until it is completely dissolved.
- Heat a frying pan, do not pour oil in any case, put the pancakes one by one with a spoon, and fry well.
The dish is best served hot with sauces and condensed milk.
