Chocolate marble cookies: how to make delicious homemade pastries
If you want homemade sweet pastries, marble cookies are the perfect option. The cooking technology and ingredients are extremely simple, and the appearance is nothing like store-bought sweets. During baking, the dough cracks and forms an interesting pattern.

Ingredients:
- cocoa powder – 50 g
- sugar – 175 g
- butter – 85 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- flour – 150 g
- baking powder – 6 g
- salt – a pinch
- powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, and mix until smooth.
2. Add the eggs and mix again.
3. Add the baking powder, salt, and flour and knead the dough.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
5. Form small balls up to 3 cm in diameter, coat well in powdered sugar, and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment at a distance, because the cookies will increase 2-3 times.
6. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 13 minutes.
