Chocolate donuts in the microwave: ready in 5 minutes
According to the classic recipe, donuts are fried in a large amount of oil. This dish is very fatty and takes a lot of time to prepare. However, there is an idea for which no oil is needed at all, and baking will take only 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc
- thick yogurt - 60 g
- rice flour - 50 g
- sweetener
- baking powder - 2 g
- sugar-free chocolate - 30 g (for the filling)
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the filling: melt the chocolate in the microwave several times. Pour into a donut or muffin mold. Put in the freezer.
2. When the chocolate has hardened, prepare the dough. Add yogurt, sweetener, flour, and baking powder to the egg (you can add vanilla if you like). Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Pour a little dough in the mold, then the frozen chocolate and dough again.
4. Heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
5. Check for readiness with a toothpick.
