Ingredients:

  • Banana - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Cocoa - 30 g
  • Baking powder - 5 g
  • Sweetener.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Put the dough into the mold. Bake at 175 degrees for 25 minutes.

3. Once the cake has cooled, pour chocolate ganache over it. To do this, melt milk and chocolate in a water bath.

Ingredients:

For the cakes:

  • Banana - 70 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Cocoa - 10 g

For the cream:

  • Milk - 150 ml
  • Corn starch - 15 g
  • Skimmed milk powder - 20 g
  • Sweetener
  • Cream cheese - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mash banana, cocoa and egg yolk with a fork.

2. Beat the egg white in a thick foam and add to the banana mixture.

3. Put the cake on the parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 9-10 minutes.

4. When the cake has cooled, cut it into 8 equal cakes.

5. Mix everything except the cheese. Cook until thickened. Add the cheese and mix until smooth.

6. Spread the cakes with cream: 4 cakes per 1 cake. Let it soak.
