Chocolate Cotton cookies with cracks: baking without eggs and butter
Cracked chocolate chip cookies get their name because the dough rises and cracks during baking, forming beautiful cracks on the surface. It is very easy to make this dessert. The main thing is to observe the proportions and not to overbake the cookies in the oven, otherwise they will be dry and hard.

Ingredients:
- butter - 80 g
- powdered sugar - 150 g
- cocoa - 40 g
- vegetable milk - 80 g
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- flour - 180
- icing sugar for rolling
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the butter, powder, cocoa and vegetable milk. Stir the mixture until smooth.
2. Add baking powder and flour, knead soft and non-sticky dough.
3. Form the dough into balls and roll each one in powdered sugar. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
4. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
