Chocolate charlotte: how to prepare the popular apple pie in a new way

Ingredients:
- flour - 120 g
- cocoa - 30 g
- sugar - 180 g
- butter - 150 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- apples - 3-4 pcs
Apple charlotte in a new way.
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to the eggs. Beat with a mixer into a fluffy white mass.
2. Add flour with baking powder and cocoa. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
3. Add melted butter. Mix well.
Chocolate batter for the dish.
4. Peel and dice the apples and add to the batter. Mix well.
5. Put the batter into the mold. Bake at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
