Ingredients:
- Banana - 390 g
- Egg - 3 pcs.
- Cocoa - 90 g
- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- Sweetener
For the cream:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Milk - 150 g
- Corn starch - 30 g
- Sour cream 15% - 300 g
- Sweetener.
Chocolate ganache:
- Dark chocolate - 50 g
- Milk - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. For the cake, beat all the ingredients in a blender. Bake at 175 degrees for 18 minutes.
2. For the cream, combine all the ingredients, and boil over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
3. Pour the cream on top of the finished sponge cake, let cool, and thicken.
4. Prepare the ganache: melt the chocolate with milk in a water bath, and pour it over the frozen cream layer.
5. Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
