Chocolate cake without eggs, milk and chocolate: easy to prepare
Chocolate cake is a dessert that is ideal for tea parties. To make it delicious, the most important thing is to make a good dough, which does not always require eggs and sugar.

Ingredients:
- flour – 18 tbsp
- cocoa – 3 tbsp
- water – 250 ml
- refined vegetable oil – 8 tbsp
- vanilla sugar – 10 g
- baking soda – 1 tsp
- vinegar – 3 tsp
For the fondant:
- water – 50 ml
- sugar – 3 tbsp
- cocoa – 2 tbsp
- butter – 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Sift flour and cocoa, add sugar, vanilla sugar, and mix well.
2. Add water at room temperature, and mix until smooth. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the dough, mix.
3. Pour the finished batter into a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 170 C for 40 minutes.
4. Chocolate glaze: pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, and bring to a boil, add butter and cocoa, stir constantly, and cook the glaze for 1-2 minutes.
5. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick. It should come out of the cake clean and dry.
6. Take out the cake, make punctures and pour hot glaze over it, sprinkle with nuts on top.
