Ingredients
- puff pastry - 1 pack
- banana - 2 pcs
- chocolate - 50 gr
- egg yolk - for greasing
- powdered sugar - for sprinkling
The method of preparation
1. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
2. Peel the bananas and cut them into thin strips lengthwise.
3. Sprinkle the puff pastry with chocolate chips, leaving a 2 cm border.
4. Spread the banana slices evenly over the puff pastry, overlapping slightly.
5. Starting from one long side, gently roll the puff pastry.
6. Cut the roll into pieces about 4 cm wide and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper cut side down.
7. Brush the dough with the beaten egg yolk.
8. Bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
9. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
