The best dish for lunch is any soup of your choice. First of all, it is prepared very quickly, and in summer there are so many fresh and healthy vegetables for it, which only need to be properly combined. Secondly, soups should be eaten regularly, because they are very useful for the digestive system.

Today, FoodOboz editorial team shares with you a spicy recipe for a delicious Chinese soup with noodles and cucumbers, which will give a special flavor to your usual meal.

Ingredients:

  • fresh mushrooms - 125 g
  • noodles - 25 g
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • green onions - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Finely chop the green onions and garlic and fry in vegetable oil for about 50 seconds, be sure to do this in a wok.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, chop them randomly, and add them to the pan.
  3. Add a seedless cucumber and fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Then pour in the water, add the noodles, stir, and bring to a boil.
  5. Finally, add soy sauce and salt and cook for another 3 minutes.

The soup is best served hot, and you can add roasted sesame seeds if you wish.

It's worth noting that you can use wood mushrooms (Muer) for this soup, but you can also use ordinary mushrooms, butter mushrooms, chanterelles, and even champignons.
