Chinese cabbage salad in a new way: what to add to change the flavor of the dish
Chinese cabbage is an ideal product for making light salads and cabbage rolls. To make salads from it more satisfying and rich, for example, just add fish, seafood, cheese or green peas, corn, and spices.
Cook Victoria (cook_with_me_at_home) shared a recipe for a very simple and easy-to-prepare salad for lunch or dinner on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- peas - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- cheese - 50 g
- tuna - 150 g
- mayonnaise/sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- greens - a bunch
1. Boil the eggs and cut them into small cubes.
2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Cut the Chinese cabbage.
4. Drain the canned tuna and mash it lightly with a fork.
5. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise or sour cream, mix and add peas and herbs before serving.
