Chili cucumbers: a recipe for a winter appetizer

Cucumbers can be prepared for the winter with mustard, garlic, berry leaves, horseradish, as well as spices and ketchup.

The cook shared a recipe for delicious canned cucumbers with ketchup on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • dill stalk
  • cherry leaves
  • horseradish leaves
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • cucumbers

Marinade:

For 1.2 liters of water:

  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 150 ml of vinegar
  • 1 pack of chili ketchup

Method of preparation:

1. Marinade: bring water to a boil and pour into jars with leaves, garlic and cucumbers.

2. Cover and sterilize for 8-10 minutes from the moment of boiling.

3. After that, tighten with a key, turn the jar upside down and leave it to cool.
