Chicken wings with vegetables and rice for a light and hearty dinner: recipe for the perfect marinade
If you don't know what to cook for a tasty and healthy dinner, choose light meat, such as chicken, namely fillets and wings. They go perfectly with vegetables, cereals, and sauces. But it's important to marinate them well before cooking, using soy sauce and spices.

Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 5 pcs.
- rice - 150 g
- frozen vegetables - 200 g
For the marinade:
- soy sauce - 100 ml
- barbecue sauce - 1 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- dry garlic - 1 hour.
- pepper - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the wings and put them in a suitable dish.
2. Mix everything for the marinade, pour over the wings and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Pour washed rice into the mold, add vegetables and mix.
4. Put the wings on the bed of vegetables and rice and pour the rest of the marinade over them.
5. Add water so that it covers the rice by 1 cm, cover with foil and cook in the oven at 190 C for 30 minutes. Then bake for 20 minutes without foil.
