This dish combines your favorite mashed potatoes, tender chicken, and crispy dough - a real find for the holidays. This masterpiece is very easy to prepare and does not take much time. The spectacular and appetizing presentation will definitely find its fans, and the wonderful taste will pleasantly surprise you.

Ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks - 6 pcs
  • puff pastry without yeast - 1 layer
  • potatoes - 2 pcs
  • mushrooms - 200 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • salt, pepper, paprika, favorite spices
  • cream (any) - 100 ml
  • butter - 10 g
  • egg yolk, sesame seeds
Frying mushrooms.

Method of preparation:

1. Marinate the chicken in your favorite spices. You can take dry garlic, smoked paprika, and freshly ground pepper. Leave for 30-60 minutes (the longer, the better).

2. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown and add finely chopped onion and spices.

Making the filling.

3. Reduce heat, add cream, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

4. Boil the potatoes until tender.

5. Add butter, a little cream, and spices and whisk.

Covering in dough.

6. Fry the chicken until golden brown.

7. Roll out the dough and cut into equal squares. Roll out the remaining dough and divide it into 6 equal parts.

Ready-made dish.

8. Put a small one in each large one. Then add a spoonful of mashed potatoes, mushroom filling, and chicken drumstick.

9. Grease with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for an hour.
