Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 gr
- Thick kefir - 130 ml
- BBQ sauce - 20 g
- Smoked paprika
- Dry garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
Ingredients for breading
- Corn starch - 100 g
- Wheat flour - 70 gr
- Breadcrumbs - 30 g
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dry garlic
- Onion
- Curry
- Turmeric
Method of preparation
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes of about 2x2 cm.
2. Add spices, salt, and a little barbecue sauce. Stir and refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
3. Prepare the breading. Mix all the ingredients. You can add other spices to taste.
4. Roll the marinated chicken pieces in flour and place them on a board or wire rack to dry. Leave it for 10 minutes.
5. Deep-fry and serve.
