Chicken nuggets without oil and flour: how to cook healthy fast food
Nuggets are one of the most popular fast foods on the menus of many restaurants around the world. Because the dish is made with flour and breading and fried in a lot of oil, it's hard to call it healthy. But you can make nuggets that won't harm your body and are dietary, at home.

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 1 kg
- Egg whites - 3 pcs.
- Spices.
- Oat bran for breading
Method of preparation:
1. Grind chicken breasts in a blender, add spices.
2. Roll balls of minced meat.
3. Dip each one first in egg white, then roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the nuggets and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Creamy sauce:
Ingredients:
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Cream (30-33%) - 500 ml
- Peppercorns - 2-3 tbsp
- Salt, sugar - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cream on a small fire, finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil, add to the cream.
2. Grind the pepper in a mortar so that the pieces are large.
3. Add everything to the cream, as well as salt and sugar.
Romesco sauce
Ingredients:
- Almonds (can be replaced with almond flour) - one handful
- Garlic (half a head)
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- Smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Oil - 100 ml
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Chop onion, tomato, pepper and put on a baking sheet, pour over with oil.
2. Do not peel the garlic, so as not to darken.
3. Put in the oven at the maximum temperature with the heat up. Bake for 40 minutes.
4. Put almonds in the bottom of a blender cup, add oil, vinegar, peeled tomato (it can be easily removed after baking), peeled garlic and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Cheese sauce
- Butter - 50 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Cream 10% - 200 ml
- Cheddar cheese (or similar) - 100 g
- Salt, pepper or hot sauce to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the butter in a saucepan and melt.
2. Add the flour, stir and slowly pour in the cream while stirring.
3. Cook for a few minutes, add pieces of cheese, when melted, add salt and pepper (hot sauce if desired).
4. Turn off, cool – the sauce should thicken.
