Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- butter 83% - 40 g
- flour - 220 g
- baking powder - 5 g
- yogurt 1.6% - 100 g
- chicken fillet - 300 g
- cream 10% - 150 g
- mushrooms - 200 g
- vegetable oil - 5 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
2. Add the soft butter and grind into crumbs.
3. Add 1 egg and yogurt.
4. Knead the elastic dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
5. Spread the dough in the baking dish, form the sides.
6. Make holes with a fork all over the dough.
7. Bake the base for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
8. Prepare the filling: cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil, fry the chicken until cooked, grate the cheese.
9. Mix 2 eggs, cream, salt. Add the cooked mushrooms and fillets.
10. Put the filling in the baked base, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
