Chicken Kyiv without fuss: how to quickly cook a popular dish

The classic Chicken Kyiv cutlet is made from a whole chicken fillet. But it takes time to cut the meat properly. Therefore, you can use a simpler technology and make products from chopped meat.

The idea of cooking a lazy cutlet in Kyiv style was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann food. The filling is very juicy.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
  • butter - 70 g
  • dill - a bunch
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Leave the butter at room temperature to soften.

2. Add the chopped dill and stir.

3. Wrap in cling film and leave in the freezer for 40 minutes.

4. Grind the chicken fillet in a blender, add salt and ground pepper.

5. With hands dipped in water, form patties, put a piece of butter and herbs inside.

6. Dip each cutlet first in flour, then in a beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

7. Fry in a large amount of oil over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides. Put on paper towels.

8. Serve with your favorite side dish.
