Food blogger Olena Yermolenko shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious baked chicken in honey sauce with ginger and figs, which will have a perfect crispy crust.

Ingredients:

  • young domestic chicken - about 1.2 kg

  • honey - 1 tbsp.

  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • oregano, chili - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the chicken well.

2. Wash the figs, cut them up, put them in a blender, add honey, salt, soy sauce, oregano, and chili, and blend until smooth.

3. Brush the chicken inside and out with the mixture and leave it for 30 minutes to marinate well.

4. Put the chicken in a preheated oven to 180 °C for 1 hour, then for another 10 minutes at 220 °C.

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 1 pc.

  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. 
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 3-4 tbsp.

Sauce:

  • sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the zucchini, cut it in half, then into large strips.

2. Beat the egg and pour it over the zucchini, mix well.

4. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 °C.
