Chicken fillet under a fur coat: how to make the meat juicy
Not only herring but also chicken fillet can be cooked under a fur coat. However, not under a beetroot coat but under a cheese and vegetable one. The meat is extremely tender, flavorful and not dry at all. It can be a delicious everyday dish, as well as a festive hot appetizer.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet (thigh) - 4 pieces
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1 clove
- salt, pepper
- onion - 1 pc
- tomato - 1 pc
- Korean carrots
- cheese
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Pound the chicken meat and cover with foil or a plastic bag.
2. Put it in a bowl.
3. Add 3 tbsp of sour cream, a teaspoon of mustard, a clove of garlic, pepper and salt.
4. Mix well and leave for 2 hours. Put on a baking sheet.
5. Top with onion, tomatoes, and Korean-style carrots.
6. Sprinkle with cheese.
7. Drizzle with mayonnaise or sour cream.
8. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
