  • chicken fillet (thigh) - 4 pieces
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt, pepper
  • onion - 1 pc
  • tomato - 1 pc
  • Korean carrots
  • cheese
  • mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Pound the chicken meat and cover with foil or a plastic bag.

2. Put it in a bowl.

3. Add 3 tbsp of sour cream, a teaspoon of mustard, a clove of garlic, pepper and salt.

4. Mix well and leave for 2 hours. Put on a baking sheet.

5. Top with onion, tomatoes, and Korean-style carrots.

6. Sprinkle with cheese.
