Chicken cutlets with melted cheese: a recipe for dinner
Homemade cutlets can be made not only from meat, but also from fish, crab sticks, mushrooms, buckwheat, and peas. However, if you do cook chicken cutlets, you should know that you need to add processed cheeses and cream to the minced meat, which will add juiciness to the dish.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 800 g
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs
- processed cheese – 2 pcs
- cream (18-33%) – 100 ml
- spices: salt, pepper, curry – to taste
- flour
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Pass the fillet through a meat grinder, you can use ready-made minced chicken. Add cream and spices, and mix well.
2. Add grated boiled eggs and slightly frozen processed cheese, mix until smooth, and leave to stand in the refrigerator for a while.
3. With wet hands, or better with gloves (minced meat is quite difficult to work with), form cutlets, roll well in flour, and place on a board.
4. Fry in enough oil in a preheated frying pan over low heat for 5 minutes, turn to the other side, cover, and fry for another 5 minutes.
