Chicken chops with an unusual filling for lunch: we share an original recipe
Chops are a very tasty and satisfying meat dish that can be prepared with different meats and with different sauces. You can also add vegetables to them, such as mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, spices, and cheese, which will give the dish a different flavor.
Chef Iryna Cheiko shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious chops with bell peppers, tomatoes, and cheese that you can easily make at home.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs
- mushrooms – 300 g
- tomatoes – 4 pcs
- sweet pepper – 3 pcs
- hard cheese – 400 g
- vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
- green onions – a bunch
- parsley – a bunch
- ground black pepper and pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into slices, place on a board, and beat off on both sides, pepper, salt and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
2. Place them on a baking sheet.
3. Wash the tomatoes and herbs.
4. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, chop the peppers and mushrooms in the same way.
5. Finely chop the parsley and onion.
6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add all the ingredients, and mix well.
7. Put the vegetable mixture on the fillets and grate the cheese on top.
8. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve the chops hot, with different sauces.
