Chicken breast in cream sauce is an easy and quick way to prepare a delicious dish without much effort. The result is an incredibly tender and juicy chicken that just melts in your mouth.

Food blogger Alex Mil shared how to cook chicken breast in cream sauce on Instagram. He also noted that this dish is perfect for mashed potatoes or pasta.

Ingredients

  • chicken breast - 2 pcs.
  • cream cheese - 100-120 g
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dried garlic
  • smoked paprika
  • hops suneli
  • oil - 15-20 g
  • water - 100-150 ml
  • cherry tomatoes - 6-10 pcs.

The method of preparation

1. Take the washed and peeled fillet and make cuts both lengthwise and widthwise.

2. Sprinkle with spices on both sides.

3. Clean the meat and put it in a frying pan. Fry in vegetable oil until golden on both sides for about 3 minutes and remove from the pan.

4. In the remaining oil, cook the halved cherry tomatoes for 2 minutes.

5. Add the cream cheese and a little water and stir.

6. Add salt to taste, stir the sauce until smooth, put the fillet in and simmer with the lid closed over low heat on both sides for 5 minutes.
