Chicken and pig hoof aspic: always turns out transparent
Pork meat is often used to make rich jellied meat. If the dish is supposed to be dietary, chicken is used. You can also combine these products. The jelly will be very rich, but at the same time light and transparent.

Ingredients:
- pig hoof - 1 pc.
- domestic chicken - 1.5-2 kg
- carrots - 2 pcs
- onions - 2 pcs
- peppercorns - 20 pcs
- salt (add salt if necessary to taste)
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-soak the meat in cold water for 1 hour, wash it.
2. Bring to a boil in clean water, boil for 10 minutes, then drain.
3. Pour again with clean water 4-5 liters, add some salt to taste.
4. Cook for 3.5 hours.
5. Then add: carrots, onions, peppercorns, salt (add salt to taste if necessary).
6. Cook for another 1.5 hours.
7. Add grated garlic 2-3 cloves 5 minutes before the end.
8. Disassemble the meat from the bones and pour over the strained broth.
