  • flour - 300 g
  • kefir - 350 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 1 tsp.
  • chicken fillet - 500 g
  • mushrooms - 400 g
  • onion - 300 g

Method of preparation:

1. First, prepare the dough. To do this, mix kefir, eggs, salt and oil. Mix with a whisk.

2. Mix the flour and baking powder separately. Add to the total mass and mix until smooth.

What to cook with chicken and mushrooms

3. At this stage, prepare the filling. For it, you need to prepare the fillet, mushrooms, and onions, namely cut: the fillet into cubes, the mushrooms into random pieces, and the onions into half rings.

4. Fry all the ingredients for the filling separately in a frying pan.

5. Pour half the dough into the mold. Put the filling in.

6. Pour in the rest of the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
