  • Chicken fillet - 250 gr
  • Broccoli - 250 gr
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil - 20-30 ml
  • Lemon juice - 5-7 ml

Preparation method

1. Cut chicken fillet into small pieces add 10 ml of aromatic oil "Oleina" with herbs basil, oregano, rosemary. Salt and fry, you can use boiled chicken.

2. Cut broccoli into florets, toss in boiling salted water for a few minutes.

3. Transfer to cold water to preserve the rich color of the broccoli.

4. Grate the cottage cheese on a large grater, chop the cherries.
