Chestnut chocolate ice cream from childhood: how to make it at home

Ingredients:
- milk 3.2% - 250 ml
- chocolate - 100 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sugar - 100-150 g
- cocoa - 1 tbsp
- cream 33% - 400 g
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to dissolve the chocolate in warm milk. Then leave it to cool.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar and cocoa until fluffy.
3. Combine the two masses. Put on fire and bring to a thickening. Cool completely.
4. Meanwhile, whip the cream well.
5. Then, whipping the cream, gradually pour the chocolate mixture. When the masses are combined, you can put in molds.
6. Freeze the ice cream.
