Ingredients:
- cherries - 1 kg (pitted)
- sugar - 180 g (we are guided by the cherry, if it is very sweet, then you can use a little less)
- salt - 30 g
- chili pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- curry - 0.5 tsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cherries, remove the pits.
2. Beat with a blender until smooth.
3. Add sugar, salt, pepper, coriander, curry.
4. Stir and put on the fire.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Turn up the heat and cook for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add garlic 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
8. Pour the finished sauce into sterilized jars, turn over and let cool.
9. Store in a cool place.
