Cherry pie: a simple recipe that everyone can prepare
A pie is one of the simplest types of baking. You can use any of your favorite fruits or berries to make this dessert, and you can be sure that the cake will turn out to be simply delicious.
Food blogger Anna Fil posted her own recipe for making a pie on Instagram. She chose cherries as the filling as their season will soon begin.

Ingredients for the dough, 20×26cm baking dish
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 100 gr
- butter - 120 gr
- flour - 380 gr
- baking powder - 1 tsp
Ingredients for the filling
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sour cream 18-20% - 200 gr
- sugar - 100 gr
- pudding\starch\flour - 2 tbsp
Additional ingredients
- cherries - 300 g
Method of preparation
1. Add sugar to the eggs. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.

2. Add soft butter. Beat.
3. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Pour the filling

4. Prepare the filling. Combine all the ingredients together and mix.
5. Distribute in the mold, put the cherries, and pour the filling on top.

6. Put it in a preheated oven at 175° for about 1 hour.
