Ingredients:
- cherries
- sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the pits.
2. Cover the cherries with sugar so that almost every cherry is covered with sugar.
3. Leave overnight to let the berry juice out.
4. Put on the fire.
5. After boiling, cook for 15 minutes.
6. Close with lids and turn the jars over.
7. Cover the jars with a blanket.
