How to cook cherries deliciously for the winter

Ingredients:

  • cherries - 1 kg
Ripe sweet cherries
  • cinnamon - 1-2 sticks
  • sugar - 300 g
Cognac for cooking cherries
  • cognac or brandy - 500-600 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost and pit the cherries.

3. Pour sugar over the cherries and add cinnamon on top.

4. Pour the alcohol over the cherries so that it completely covers the berries.

How to pickle cherries
