Cheesecakes without flour: how to replace the usual ingredient
Although cheesecakes is a fried dish, it can be very light and low in calories. The key is to combine the right ingredients. And the best option would be to replace traditional wheat flour with another ingredient – semolina.

Ingredients:
- crumbly cheese 2-5% – 300 g
- egg yolk – 1 pc
- sugar – 1-2 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
- vanilla – 1 g (optional)
- semolina – 3 tbsp without a slide
Method of preparation:
1. Add the yolk, salt, sugar, and vanilla to the cottage cheese, beat with a blender until smooth and homogeneous.
2. Add semolina, stir, and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Use a glass to mold the cheesecakes – this way they are perfectly shaped, tall, and beautiful.
4. Fry in vegetable oil on one side without a lid until golden brown. Turn over, cover, and fry over low heat for a few minutes.
